Re: Jonathan Jennings has appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with posting messages online to stir up racial hatred, including calls to kill Muslims and remove them from the West.
Jennings, of Brynaman, south Wales faces 10 charges including threats against Muslims, Jews and members of the Labour Party, including its leader Jeremy Corbyn.
Between March and August last year, Jennings is alleged to have used the hashtag #gasallmuslims, called for the extermination of Muslims and stated ‘Hitler was born 100 years too soon’.
One charge alleges that Jennings, 34, posted on GAB, which describes itself as the free speech social network, that “should Jeremy #Corbyn be able to form a government in the near future, I’ll be the first in line to #JoCox him and his associates” - the threat alluding to MP Jo Cox who was murdered in 2016.
