Father-to-be Daniel Skelton, 29, threatened to kill Dimitris Legakis before breaking both his arms in a "sustained" assault.<br />
A court heard Mr Legakis, 41, had flown to Middlesborough with the Swansea players for a Premiership match last December.<br />
The photographer was strolling through the city when he saw Skelton vandalising a car.<br />
Father-of-two Mr Legakis was attacked as he took pictures of the incident to give to police.<br />
Prosecutor Emma Atkinson said when drunken Skelton heard Mr Legakis's Greek accent he called him a "smelly foreigner".
